The ATI Group and Related Companies
The ATI Group includes our parent company Australian Technology Innovators Pty Ltd, LEAP Legal Software Pty Ltd, InfoTrack Group Pty Ltd and their subsidiaries, CNCNA Pty Ltd (trading as eCompanies), InfoTrack Limited (NZ), InfoTrack Group Limited (UK) and its subsidiaries, and LotSearch Pty Ltd. Different companies within the ATI Group provide different services.
The ATI Group may share information with our integration partners to ensure the smooth running of the services which we, and they, provide. The following is an outline of certain matters relating to the collection and handling by GWF of your personal information in connection with this application for credit. Please see our privacy policy and credit reporting policy which are available on request or via www.gwf.com.au and include further details regarding the personal information we collect, how we collect it, what we do with it, who we share it with, where we send it, the credit reporting bodies (CRBs) we use and your information access, correction, complaint, opt-out and other privacy rights regarding us and CRBs.

Collecting your personal information
We collect personal information through various methods including this application and our records of communications between us and you (including monitoring and recording of telephone, email and online communications for quality and record-keeping purposes). We may also collect personal information about you from third parties including related companies, CRBs, your agents or representatives, publicly available sources of information and the parties with whom we exchange information as described here.
The information we collect may include information about your consumer credit worthiness where you are an individual applicant or guarantor, or where we are otherwise permitted by law.
Using and disclosing personal information
GWF collects personal information to assess this application for credit (and related Guarantee if applicable) and if it is approved, to provide the goods and/or services requested. Without this information GWF may not be able to consider the application and /or provide the goods and services or credit.
By submitting the credit application and the Guarantee (if applicable) the Customer (if a sole trader), the Guarantor(s) and the Directors and Partners acknowledge and agree that GWF may:
1. exchange certain personal information with CRBs including payment default information such as where a Guarantor is overdue for more than 60 days in certain circumstances;
2. exchange personal information (including information relevant to credit worthiness) with other credit providers for purposes including to assess a credit or guarantor application, determine credit/default status and assess or comment on credit worthiness;
3. exchange personal information (including information relevant to credit worthiness) with other persons (including your nominated trade referees, your creditors, bankers, financiers, mortgage and trade insurers and/or CRBs), and make any other inquiries as GWF considers reasonably necessary for such purposes;
4. use and disclose your personal information to help it provide or tell you about products or services which may be of interest to you; for internal administration and operations; for market or customer satisfaction research; verify information; protect our lawful interests and the rights of third parties; review credit arrangements on a periodic basis or in connection with changes (e.g. credit limit) as though assessing a new application; collect debts; maintain and update records; manage our relationship with you; and facilitate any acquisition or potential acquisition of any part of GWF’s business;
5. give to a guarantor or intending guarantor of the proposed credit account personal information (including information relevant to your creditworthiness), for purposes including to consider whether to enter into the guarantee; and
6. disclose your personal information to government or regulatory bodies or otherwise where this is required or authorised by law; to persons or entities involved in maintaining, reviewing and developing GWF’s business systems, procedures and infrastructure; to debt collecting agencies, and to GWF’s agents, contractors and advisers including providers of mail house, legal advisory, accounting, business consulting, banking, payroll, surveillance, archiving, delivery, training, security, data processing and other services.
